First of all, I appreciate you even being on this website and looking at Realistic Gains as an option for you/your fitness goals/your life. I love you already for that.
I’m Patrick Wilson AKA @GainsByPat on social media (aka probably why/how you ended up checking this out)! Here’s what the Realistic Gains Gang is/means anddd why I started it!
When I was younger, around 18 years old (I’m 29 now), I decided that I wanted to start working on my fitness goals. I wanted to get stronger/build muscle, have my abs poppin, and be in great shape. BUT…
I also wanted to still go out on the weekends, get drinks with friends, eat tasty & fun foods, travel & thoroughly enjoy the experience, anddd just not feel so restricted & have fitness be my ENTIRE life.
SO I started researching & trying to understand how & if that’s possible - to make progress with fitness but still have pizza, travel, have some wine or beers orrr a niiice mixed (depending on my mood lol).
After 10+ years of researching, working on my own fitness goals, anddd working with 600+, 1-on-1 clients….
I realized it’s VERY possible - to make progress losing fat, building muscle, looking/feeling your best, having a great relationship with food/fitness, andddd still enjoy your life.
That’s what Realistic Gains is ALL about & why I created it!
I wanted to create a group coaching approach that includes all of the resources (and making them fun/enjoyable) to make fitness progress (whether it be losing fat, building muscle) AND…
I normally charge $300+ per month for my 1-on-1 coaching BUT wanted to be able to provide all of these resources (and allow you to make progress) at an affordable price ($39 per month)!
PLUS, I wanted to make a way where people could go on their fitness journeys in more of a community setting!
When you have a place where you can go to get accountability, support, & share your wins & challenges…you can make progress even faster (AND maintain it/build on it for the long term)!

What Realistic Gains Includes (It’s A LOT for only $39 per month)
NEW Monthly Program Every Month! All your workouts & nutrition info/plans will be inside a membership portal - you will login to the portal for the new monthly program (programs include workouts, nutrition goals, recipes, andddd other helpful info!
Access to my 30 day fat loss program! If your goal is fat loss, this is where you’ll start!
Monthly Workout Programs! You will choose how many days per week you’ll work out & if you want a home-based workout with dumbbells only, or if you’ll go to the gym. There are also options for men’s and women’s workouts!
Every lift/exercise will have a video of me doing it & explaining it so you can be confident that you’re doing the exercises correctly!
Each workout is around 45-75 minutes long. Buttt I’ll show you ways to tweak it if you need to get it done faster!
For the nutrition side of things, you’ll have set specific goals for what you want to achieve (and tips on how to achieve them). It’ll be based on where you are when you start so you can lose fat and/or build muscle in the most realistic & sustainable way possible!
Tons of healthy & tasty meal ideas AND 5+ new recipes every month. ALSOOO, high protein/low calorie fast food options that I personally taste tested 🤌 (Chick Fil A, Wendy’s, Subway, etc etc)!
